Reg-Slide PP Polyurethane Wear Plates are made from a premium polyurethane compound and will display excellent resistance to wet slurry and fine particle sliding abrasion.
Reg-Slide PP Polyurethane Wear Plates have excellent physical properties including cut and tear resistance. They feature a low friction coefficient which results in excellent anti-stick properties which increases material flow and reduces the build-up of sticky materials.
Reg-Slide PP Polyurethane Wear Plates are reinforced with a vulcanized steel backing plate for stability in the most demanding applications. This vulcanized steel backing plate allows for extremely strong mechanical fastening to equipment.
Reg-Slide PP Polyurethane Wear plates can be supplied as a custom engineered wear protection rubber lining system for your equipment. They are suitable for high wear and moderate impact applications.
APPLICATIONS
Reg-Slide PP Polyurethane Wear Plates have been designed primarily for use as a wear protection plastic lining system.
They are installed into equipment to reduce material build-up and protect steel surfaces from abrasion and impact.
They are predominantly used in the Mining, Quarrying and Mineral processing industries, typically on the following equipment:
- Chutes
- Screens
- Hoppers and bins
- Feeders
- Stacker / Reclaimer buckets
- Conveyor Hoods
- Dump truck bodies
Reg-Slide PP Polyurethane Wear Plates are also used extensively throughout the Agriculture industry on a range of grain handling, processing and storage equipment.
