Regline SP Rubber Wear Plates are made from a highly elastic premium rubber compound and will display excellent resistance to sliding abrasion and large particle impact.
Regline SP Rubber Wear Plates will absorb energy from the impact of materials. Offering superior wear protection for your equipment and also reducing vibration and lowering noise levels and dust emissions.
Regline SP Rubber Wear Plates are reinforced with a vulcanized steel backing plate for stability in the most demanding applications. This vulcanized steel backing plate allows for extremely strong mechanical fastening to equipment.
Regline SP Rubber Wear Plates can be supplied as a custom engineered wear protection rubber lining system for your equipment. They are suitable for both high wear and high impact applications.
APPLICATIONS
Regline SP Rubber Wear Plates have been designed primarily for use as a wear protection rubber lining system.
They are installed into equipment to protect steel surfaces from abrasion and impact.
SP Rubber Wear Plates are ideal for applications with material impact at angles of 10 – 50 degrees.
The serrated profile design changes the angle of impact to the optimal 90 degrees which maximizes the dampening effect of the rubber whilst also reducing wear to the liner itself.
They are predominantly used in the Mining, Quarrying and Mineral processing industries, typically on the following equipment:
- Chutes
- Hoppers and Surge bins
- Conveyor transfer chutes and Deflector Plates
