FEATURES
Regline SP Rubber Wear Plates are made from a highly elastic premium rubber compound and provide excellent resistance to sliding abrasion and large particle impact. These rubber liners also absorb energy from the impact of materials.
Along with offering superior wear protection for your equipment, these rubber liners also reduce vibration and lower noise levels and dust emissions.
They are reinforced with a vulcanised steel backing plate for stability in the most demanding applications. This backing plate allows for extremely strong mechanical fastening to equipment.
These rubber liners are suitable for both high wear and high impact applications and can be custom cut to suit your specific requirements.
APPLICATIONS
Regline SP Rubber Wear Plates have been designed primarily for use as a wear protection rubber lining system.
They are installed into equipment to protect steel surfaces from abrasion and impact.
These rubber liners are ideal for applications with material impact at angles of 10–50 degrees.
The serrated profile design changes the angle of impact to the optimal 90 degrees, which maximises the dampening effect of the rubber, whilst also reducing wear to the rubber liner itself.
They are predominantly used in the mining, quarrying and mineral processing industries, typically on the following equipment:
- Chutes
- Hoppers and Surge Bins
- Conveyor Transfer Chutes and Deflector Plates

We stock Regline SP Rubber Wear Plates in a standard profiled panel. They can be supplied custom cut to any profile with welded studs or pre-drilled counterbored holes as per specifications and drawings. We can also custom mould rubber liners to suit your specific requirements.
