Reglin Side Clamp Bars are made from mild steel, profiled to suit your equipment design and to allow for correct tensioning of rubber screen cloths.
Reglin Side Clamp Bars are lined with a highly elastic premium rubber compound and will display excellent resistance to sliding abrasion and large particle impact.
Side Clamp Bars can be supplied custom engineered to size with counter-bored holes to suit your screen. They are suitable for both high wear and high impact screening applications
APPLICATIONS
Side Clamp Bars have been primarily designed for use as a side tensioning rail in Cross tensioned screening systems.
They are installed into screening equipment by bolting onto the side wall, securing the screen hook and tensioning the screen cloth.
Rubber Lined Side Clamp Bars are predominantly used in the Mining and Quarrying Industries in both wet and dry screening applications with high wear and impact.
Rubber Lined Side Clamp Bars offer excellent performance and wear life in heavy duty scalping applications with hard and sharp rock materials.

Reglin Rubber Side Clamp Bars are custom made to suit any screening equipment. They are available in a range of profiles and steel thicknesses and can include standard 10mm rubber or heavier duty thicker rubber lining.
