Reglin Conveyor Belt Sidewall is a premium grade corrugated rubber edging designed to increase capacity of conveyor belts.
FEATURES
Reglin Conveyor Belt Sidewall is made from a highly elastic premium rubber compound and will display excellent resistance to abrasion and impact.
Reglin Sidewall is designed to be easily bonded to conveyor belt covers and to maintain flexibility in service. It has good ozone/UV resistance making it suitable for outdoor use.
Reglin Sidewall features a specifically designed corrugated profile to allow expansion and contraction of the edging. This ensures it will flex with the conveyor belt as it bends or wraps around pulleys.
APPLICATIONS
Reglin Conveyor Belt Sidewall has been designed primarily for use as a curbing on conveyor belts.
It is designed to be bonded to the edges of the conveyor belt to increase load carrying capacity and reduce material spillage.
Reglin Sidewall is typically used on conveyors in the Mining, Quarrying and Mineral processing industries.
It is designed for use on conveyors which run relatively flat and with a high loading such as feeder belts or systems carrying small particle or lightweight material such as coal, dust or fine aggregate .
Sidewall can also be used in conjunction with T-cleating on incline conveyors to reduce spillage and material rollback.
