Regline CR Lining Rubber is a premium grade 60 Duro Neoprene based rubber lining with a CN bonding layer.
FEATURES
Regline CR is made from a premium Neoprene rubber compound and will display high temperature and flame resistance. It has excellent ozone/UV resistance making it weather resistant and suitable for prolonged outdoor use.
Regline CR has excellent physical properties and will display good resistance to wet slurry and fine particle sliding abrasion. It exhibits good resistance to oil and petroleum-based products including a range of fuels, greases, solvents and hydraulic fluids. It will also display moderate chemical resistance to acids and alkalis.
Regline CR features a specially formulated Neoprene based CN bonding layer to achieve ultimate adhesion when bonded to steel or rubber surfaces. The CN bonding layer is compatible with a wide range of Neoprene based rubber adhesives and allows for good bond strength to be achieved even in adverse conditions encountered on site.
APPLICATIONS
Regline CR Lining Rubber has been designed primarily for use as a wear protection lining system.
It is bonded to equipment to protect steel surfaces from wet slurry and fine particle sliding abrasion.
It is predominantly used in the Mining and Mineral processing industries in applications which are subjected to a combination of abrasion and exposure to UV, specific chemicals or petroleum-based fluids, typically lining the following equipment:
- Tanks and pipework
- Valves and pumps
- Flotation cells
- Thickeners
- Leaching tanks
- Water and effluent treatment equipment
Regline CR can also be used for any application which requires a flexible oil resistant rubber including:
- Loading/Discharge sock
- Transfer and joining sleeves
- Variety of sealing applications
