Centre Hold Down Bars

Reglin Centre Hold Down Bars are a premium grade wear and impact resistant 60 Duro rubber clamp bar with steel backing.

FEATURES

Reglin Centre Hold Down Bars are made from a highly elastic premium rubber compound and will display excellent resistance to sliding abrasion and large particle impact.

Reglin Centre Hold Down Bars are reinforced with a vulcanized steel backing plate for stability in the most demanding screening applications. This vulcanized steel backing plate allows for extremely strong mechanical fastening to equipment.

Centre Hold Down Bars can be supplied custom engineered to size with counter-bored holes to suit your screen. They are suitable for both high wear and high impact screening applications.

APPLICATIONS

Centre Hold Down Bars have been primarily designed for use as a center clamping bar in Cross tensioned screening systems.

They are installed into screening equipment by bolting onto the centre rail, going through the cross tensioned screen cloth and clamping it down to stop movement.

Rubber Centre Hold Down Bars are predominantly used in the Mining and Quarrying Industries in both wet and dry screening applications with high wear and impact.

Rubber Centre Hold Down Bars offer excellent performance and wear life in heavy duty scalping applications with hard and sharp rock materials.
