FEATURES
Regline PT Rubber Wear Plates are made from a highly elastic premium rubber compound and provide excellent resistance to sliding abrasion and large particle impact.
In addition to offering superior wear protection for your equipment, these rubber wear plates absorb energy from the impact of materials, reducing vibration and lowering noise levels and dust emissions.
They are supplied with heavy duty aluminium T-Tracks for added stability and are lightweight, allowing for strong and easy mechanical fastening to equipment.
Regline PT Rubber Wear Plates are suitable for high wear and moderate impact applications, and can be supplied as a custom engineered wear protection rubber lining system for your equipment.
APPLICATIONS
Regline PT Rubber Wear Plates have been designed primarily for use as a wear protection rubber lining system.
Predominantly used in the mining, quarrying and mineral processing industries, these rubber liners are installed into equipment to protect steel surfaces from abrasion and impact. They are typically used on the following equipment:

We can also custom mould rubber liners to suit your specific requirements. They are supplied with embedded aluminium T-Tracks designed to be fastened with T-Bolt Assemblies.
