Reglin Poly Vibe Screens are hybrid woven screen media that combine high tensile wire with integrated polyurethane elements to deliver improved screening efficiency in challenging applications.
The high tensile wire provides structural strength, accurate aperture control and excellent open area, while the polyurethane sections introduce flexibility into the screening surface. Under vibration, the differing movement between the wire and polyurethane creates a ripple effect across the panel. This movement helps dislodge pegged particles and reduce blinding, providing a self-cleaning action during operation.
Poly Vibe Screens are particularly effective where damp, sticky or irregular shaped material causes blockage in conventional woven wire mesh. The hybrid design maintains throughput while improving screen life compared to standard wire mesh in many mid-to-fine screening duties.
While they do not replace heavy-duty rubber screen cloths in high-impact primary decks, Poly Vibe Screens offer a performance upgrade over traditional wire mesh where anti-pegging and improved material flow are required.
