Reglin Rubber Load Mat is a premium high-friction rubber sheet designed to improve load restraint, protect surfaces and extend equipment life in demanding transport environments. Engineered for heavy-duty applications, it provides a durable anti-slip interface between load and trailer deck to reduce movement, minimise steel-on-steel contact and prevent surface damage.
Manufactured from high-quality solid rubber compounds, Load Mat delivers consistent friction performance under compression and heavy point loading. Load Mat absorbs impact, distributes load evenly and reduces concentrated pressure points that can cause coating damage, indentation or structural marking. This makes it ideal for protecting painted steel, fabricated components and sensitive finished surfaces during transport and storage.

Reglin Rubber Load Mat features a high-friction surface and exceeds the required coefficient of friction of 0.6 between load mat and smooth steel in both wet and dry conditions, as specified by the NHVR Load Restraint Guide. Friction performance has been tested internally in accordance with standard industry practice and independently laboratory tested to ASTM D1894-11 with modification to a flat steel surface.
The coefficient of friction achieved in service will depend on the specific load and surface combination. For optimum performance, all contact surfaces should be clean and free from contaminants. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure the load matting is suitable for their specific application and that all load restraint practices are followed in accordance with the NHVR Load Restraint Guide.

AVAILABLE SIZES
Load Mat is stocked in a range of standard roll sizes. It can also be supplied in full rolls or custom cut pads, strips and shaped components to suit specific trailer configurations, structural supports or project requirements. It can be loose laid for flexibility or fully bonded where permanent high-friction surfaces are required.
