Reglin Soft 40 Skirting Rubber is a highly flexible wear resistant 40 Duro rubber designed for use as a conveyor sealing skirt.
FEATURES
Soft 40 Skirting Rubber is made from a highly elastic premium grade rubber compound and will display excellent resistance to abrasion.
Soft 40 Skirting Rubber has excellent physical properties including mechanical strength and tear resistance.
Soft 40 Skirting is highly flexible and is designed to bend against the conveyor belt to create a seal once adjusted. This flexible seal reduces both material spillage and dust escaping even on systems with inconsistent belt levels. This design pro-longs the life of the skirt and also minimizes the potential of wear and damage to the conveyor belt itself.
Soft 40 Skirting Rubber can be supplied in full rolls or pre-cut skirting rubber strips to suit standard conveyor system designs, ready for easy installation.
APPLICATIONS
Reglin Soft 40 Skirting Rubber has been designed primarily for use as a containment seal.
Soft 40 is ideal for applications with high wear and where a flexible and long lasting skirting seal is required.
It is installed on conveyor equipment as a sealing skirt at loading and transfer points to reduce spillage and dust emissions.
Soft 40 Skirting Rubber’s premium quality will offer greater longevity than standard skirting in most installations.
