Reglin Heat Resistant Polyurethane Skirting is a wear and tear resistant 95 Duro polyurethane with high temperature resistance designed for use as a conveyor sealing skirt.
FEATURES
Heat Resistant Polyurethane Skirting is made from a premium grade polyurethane compound and will display excellent resistance to cutting, impact and abrasion combined with very high temperature resistance.
Heat Resistant Polyurethane Skirting has excellent physical properties including mechanical strength and tear resistance. It is supplied with a beveled edge and is designed to be installed and adjusted to just above the conveyor belt to create a seal.
Heat Resistant Polyurethane skirting is rigid enough to create a solid impact resistant sealing skirt which reduces material spillage but also minimizes the potential of damage to the conveyor belt itself. Caution must be taken when installing Polyurethane skirting as incorrect adjustment can cause wear and damage to the conveyor belt.
Heat Resistant Polyurethane Skirting is custom made to order. It can be supplied in moulded skirting rubber strips to suit standard conveyor system designs, ready for easy installation.
APPLICATIONS
Reglin Heat Resistant Polyurethane Skirting has been designed primarily for use as a containment seal.
It is installed on conveyor equipment as a skirt at loading and transfer points to reduce spillage.
Heat Resistant Polyurethane is ideal for high temperature applications exposed to high wear and impact where a rigid skirt is required to act as a containment seal. Heat resistant Polyurethane Skirting will offer greater longevity than rubber in many installations and is ideal for applications where skirt change-outs are difficult.
It is critical to ensure that polyurethane skirting is suitable for your application as contact between the skirting and conveyor belt can cause wear to the conveyor belt.
