FEATURES
Regline Rubber Chute Skirt Liners are made from a highly elastic premium rubber compound and will display excellent resistance to sliding abrasion and large particle impact.
Regline Rubber Chute Skirt Liners are designed for installation on the discharge point of chutes loading conveyor systems. They feature a bevelled edge and mechanical fastening system, so they can be easily installed to existing skirt boards, sealing the open gap between the chute and conveyor belt.
Rubber Chute Skirt Liners can be supplied reinforced with a vulcanised steel plate for stability in high impact applications or with aluminium T-tracks. This allows for strong and easy mechanical fastening to equipment.

APPLICATIONS
Regline Rubber Chute Skirt Liners have been designed primarily for use as wear protection rubber lining system.
They are installed at discharge points on conveyor loading equipment to protect steel surfaces from abrasion and impact.
Rubber Chute Skirt Liners are predominantly used on conveyor loading chutes in the Mining, Quarrying and Mineral processing Industries. They are custom designed to be installed onto the existing chute wall or skirt board to protect it from wear and damage.
Chute Skirt Liners can be adjusted to create and effective containment seal between the equipment and conveyor belt. This reduces material spillage and dust emissions.

AVAILABLE SIZES
Regline Chute Skirt Liners can be custom cut to any profile. They can be supplied with a single bevelled end, parallel bevels for protection of the top edge of the liner or can have opposite bevels allowing the liner to be reversed and re-used.
Chute Skirt Liners can be supplied as per specifications and drawings or custom designed to suit your equipment and application requirements. They can be supplied ready for mechanical fastening to equipment with steel backing or aluminium T-tracks.
