FEATURES
Cera-Wear Extreme Ceramic Wear Bars are made from wear resistant 92% alumina ceramic tiles embedded within a rubber matrix. They display excellent resistance to both high velocity and high flow sliding abrasion and impact.
These ceramic wear bars feature interlocking hexagonal shaped ceramic tiles completely vulcanised within a 40 Duro premium synthetic rubber compound. This hexagonal shape combined with the rubber between the tiles gives maximum impact resistance.
They are supplied with aluminum T-Tracks for added stability, are lightweight and allow for strong and easy mechanical fastening to equipment.
Cera-Wear Extreme Wear Bars can be supplied as a custom engineered wear protection ceramic lining system for your equipment. They are suitable for high wear and moderate impact applications.
APPLICATIONS
Cera-Wear Extreme Ceramic Wear Bars have been designed primarily for use as a wear protection ceramic lining system.
They are installed into equipment to protect steel surfaces from abrasion and impact. Ceramic wear bars are predominantly used in the mining, quarrying and mineral processing industries, typically on the following equipment:
- Chutes
- Feed Spouts
- Boil Boxes
- Hoppers
- Surge Bins
- Conveyor Transfer Chutes
- Deflector Plates
Cera-Wear Extreme Ceramic Wear Bars can also be used for any application which requires a mechanically fastened wear and impact resistant ceramic bar including:
- Lifter Bars in Mills and Scrubbers
- Clamp Bars in Trommels and Trunnions
- Centre Clamp Bars in Screens

We stock Cera-Wear Extreme Ceramic Wear Bars in a range of standard sizes. They are supplied with embedded aluminum T-tracks designed to be fastened with T-Bolt assemblies. They can be supplied custom cut to length as required.
