Reg-slide PP 90 Polyurethane Wear Liners

    FEATURES

Reg-slide PP 90 Polyurethane Wear Liners are a premium grade wear liner panel made of a red cut and tear resistant, anti-caking, wear resistant 90 Duro polyurethane. They are designed for material flow promotion and have excellent resistance to wet slurry and fine particle sliding abrasion.

Reg-slide PP 90 Liners have a low friction coefficient which results in excellent anti-stick properties. This allows moving materials to slide against it easily whilst also reducing material build-up on its surface.

Reg-slide PP 90 Liners are supplied with a vulcanised steel backing plate for stability in high abrasion applications. This vulcanised steel backing plate allows for extremely strong and easy mechanical fastening to steel structures of equipment.

Reg-slide PP 90 Liners can be supplied as a full panel or as a custom moulded element to suit the shape of equipment, ready for easy installation. They can be supplied as per specifications and drawings or custom designed to meet application requirements.

Reg-slide PP 90 Liners can be supplied with welded studs or pre-drilled counterbored holes for through bolts and can be supplied flat or curved to suit equipment surface profiles.

    Applications

Reg-slide PP 90 Polyurethane Wear Liners have been designed for applications which require both abrasion resistance and antistick properties. They are primarily used as a polyurethane liner for flow promotion and the wear protection of steel surfaces on equipment in Mining, quarrying and mineral processing industries but can also be used for any application which requires an antistick lining.

Typical equipment to be lined includes:

    • Chutes
    • Hoppers
    • Feeders
    • Screen side walls
    • Screen discharge lips and chutes
    • Deflector Plates

They can also be used for a wide range of applications which require an abrasion and anti-caking polyurethane inlcuding:

    • Chute Skirt liners
    • Docking fenders
