Reglin Rubber Dust Sealing Cloth is a premium grade highly flexible rubber sheet designed to seal equipment for dust encapsulation.
FEATURES
Reglin Rubber Dust Sealing Cloth is made from a highly elastic premium 45 Duro natural rubber compound that is extremely flexible and stretchy. It has excellent physical properties and will display good UV resistance making it weather resistant and suitable for outdoor use.
Reglin Rubber Dust Sealing Cloth has a textured fabric finish to increase grip on its surface. This allows it to be effectively fastened onto equipment structures to create a totally encapsulated dust sealing system.
It is typically fastened by clamping it on to a 10mm round bar mounted on equipment with our rubber Grip Strip. This system allows dust cloth to be installed on any equipment. It can be easily removed for inspections or when replacement is required.
APPLICATIONS
Reglin Rubber Dust Sealing cloth has been designed for use as a dust sealing system.
It is installed on equipment to encapsulate dust, reducing emissions to the environment.
It is predominantly used on equipment in the Mining, Quarrying and Mineral processing industries, typically on the following equipment:
- Screens
- Feeders
- Crushers
- Conveyor systems
- Transfer Chutes
Reglin Rubber Dust sealing cloth can also be used for any application which requires a flexible and long-lasting rubber dust sealing system.
