Reglin Peroxide cured EPDM is a premium grade 65 Duro heat resistant sulphur free rubber sheet.
FEATURES
Reglin Peroxide cured EPDM Rubber Sheet is made from a premium EPDM rubber compound and will display very high temperature and excellent chemical resistance to both acids and alkalis.
It is cured using a peroxide system which gives it superior heat and ozone/UV resistance compared to standard EPDM, making it highly weather resistant and suitable for extended outdoor use.
Peroxide cured EPDM is Sulphur free and will not have any chemical migration to its surface during ageing. This ensures it will not bloom, assisting in bonding and ensuring good color retention.
Peroxide cured EPDM exhibits outstanding water resistance. It is suitable for prolonged exposure to aquatic environments and will not deteriorate when submerged in fresh or sea water. It is compatible with hot water and steam.
APPLICATIONS
Reglin Peroxide Cured EPDM Rubber Sheet has been designed primarily for use as a flexible strip, pad, gasket or lining.
It is typically used for sealing, insulating, isolating and protecting steel or other surfaces.
Peroxide cured EPDM is suitable for long term use in outdoor and marine environments with high UV exposure.
It is also suitable for a range of applications with exposure to high temperatures and mild chemicals or where a Sulphur free rubber is required.
