Regline PP Rubber Wear Plates are made from a highly elastic premium rubber compound and will provide excellent resistance to sliding abrasion and large particle impact.
Offering superior wear protection for your equipment, these rubber wear plates will absorb energy from the impact of materials, reducing vibration and lowering noise levels and dust emissions.
These rubber liners are reinforced with a vulcanised steel backing plate allowing for extremely strong mechanical fastening to equipment and extra stability in the most demanding applications.
Regline PP Rubber Wear Plates are suitable for both high wear and high impact applications and can be custom cut to suit your specific requirements.
APPLICATIONS
Regline PP Rubber Wear Plates have been designed primarily for use as a wear protection rubber lining system.

AVAILABLE SIZES
We stock Regline PP Rubber Wear Plates in 1500mm x 2000mm panels in a range of standard thicknesses. The thicknesses range from 15mm up to 150mm and include a standard 5mm or heavy duty 10mm thick steel backing plate.
These rubber wear plates can be supplied custom cut to any profile with welded studs or pre-drilled counterbored holes as per specifications and drawings. We can also custom mould rubber liners to suit your specific requirements.
