Premium grade wear and impact resistant 60 Duro rubber liners with a steel backing
FEATURES
Regline PP Rubber Wear Plates are manufactured from a highly elastic, premium-grade rubber compound designed to deliver excellent resistance to sliding abrasion and large particle impact. This durable compound provides reliable wear protection in demanding environments, helping to extend equipment life and reduce maintenance requirements.
These rubber liners are engineered to absorb energy from heavy impact, significantly reducing vibration and lowering both noise levels and dust emissions during operation. This contributes to a safer and more efficient working environment, particularly in high-throughput material handling applications.
Each PP Rubber Wear Plate is reinforced with a fully vulcanised steel backing plate, ensuring maximum strength, dimensional stability, and secure mechanical fastening to equipment. The steel backing allows for easy installation using studs, bolts, or screw systems and provides the structural support needed to maintain performance under extreme conditions.
Regline PP Rubber Wear Plates can also be custom cut to suit a wide range of equipment profiles, allowing for flexible and efficient integration into existing systems without the need for structural modifications

SAR 60 Rubber – Built for Maximum Wear and Impact Resistance
At the core of our Regline Rubber Wear Liners is Reglin’s premium SAR 60 rubber compound specially formulated to deliver exceptional abrasion and impact resistance in the toughest mining and quarrying conditions.
APPLICATIONS
Regline PP Rubber Wear Plates have been designed primarily for use as a wear protection rubber lining system for industrial applications.
These rubber liners are installed into industrial equipment to protect steel surfaces from abrasion and impact.
Rubber wear plates are primarily used in the mining, quarrying and mineral processing industries on the following equipment:
- Chutes and Feed Spouts
- Hoppers and Surge Bins
- Skips and Flasks for Underground Mining
- Cyclone
- Launders
- Feeders
- Screens
- Mills
- Scrubbers
- Trunnions
- Dump Truck Bodies
- Conveyor Transfer Chutes
- Deflector Plates
Our range of premium quality rubber wear plates can also be used for any application requiring a mechanically fastened impact and wear resistant rubber liner.

AVAILABLE SIZES
Regline PP Rubber Wear Plates are stocked in standard panel sizes of 1500mm x 2000mm, with overall thicknesses ranging from 15mm up to 150mm. Each plate includes either a standard 5mm or heavy-duty 10mm thick steel backing plate for added strength and stability. These steel-backed rubber liners can be custom cut in Australia with short lead times to meet specific equipment and application requirements. They can be cut to any profile, including complex shapes with rebates or bevelled edges, and can be supplied either flat or rolled to suit curved surfaces.
Liners can be manufactured to suit detailed drawings, customer specifications, or custom-engineered as part of a complete wear lining system. For mechanical fastening, liners can be supplied with welded studs or pre-drilled, counter-bored holes to suit through-bolt installations. Rubber plug and Bolt assemblies are also available on request. In high-impact or vibrating applications, high tensile countersunk screws can be installed through the backing plate and welded in place for maximum strength.
