Reg-Lag 60 Strip Pulley Lagging is a premium quality rubber lagging designed to improve traction, reduce belt slippage, and protect pulley shells in demanding conveyor applications. Manufactured from a premium 60 Duro natural rubber compound, Reg-Lag 60 provides excellent abrasion resistance, ensuring long service life under continuous belt loading, dirt ingress, and material carryback.
The strip design allows the lagging to conform closely to the pulley shell, delivering consistent contact pressure and improved friction between the pulley and the conveyor belt. The diamond-profile surface enhances water shedding and grip in wet or muddy conditions, helping maintain stable drive performance and preventing belt misalignment.
It is supplied with a CN bonding layer, enabling fast and reliable cold-bond installation using Reglin’s recommended rubber adhesives. This ensures strong adhesion to steel pulley shells without the need for hot vulcanising, reducing downtime and enabling onsite refurbishment. The lightweight strip format also simplifies handling, fitting, and replacement, particularly in underground, mobile, or confined-access environments.
