Regline 60 FR is a premium 60 Duro fire-resistant rubber lining developed for demanding mining and mineral processing environments where abrasion resistance is critical and fire or static risk must also be considered.
Based on a high-quality natural rubber compound, Regline 60 FR delivers excellent resistance to sliding abrasion and impact from both fine and coarse material, helping protect steel equipment and extend operational service life. The compound maintains strong physical properties under continuous wear and provides good resistance to mild acids and alkalis commonly encountered in processing plants.
Regline 60 FR is supplied with a CN bonding layer, allowing reliable cold bonding to prepared steel or rubber substrates using Neoprene based adhesive systems. The flexible compound conforms well to complex equipment profiles, ensuring consistent bond integrity and long-term lining performance.
APPLICATIONS
Regline 60 FR is primarily used for the rubber lining of screening and material handling equipment in mining and mineral processing operations where abrasion resistance is required and fire risk must be carefully managed.
