    Polyurethane Skirting

    Reglin Polyurethane Skirting is a wear and tear resistant 70 Duro polyurethane designed for use as a conveyor sealing skirt.


    Polyurethane Skirting is made from a premium grade polyurethane compound and will display excellent resistance to cutting, impact and abrasion.

    Polyurethane Skirting has excellent physical properties and tear resistance.  It is supplied with a beveled edge and is designed to be installed and adjusted to just above the conveyor belt to create a seal.  This reduces material spillage but also minimizes the potential of damage to the conveyor belt itself.  Caution must be taken when installing Polyurethane skirting as incorrect adjustment can cause wear and damage to the conveyor belt.

    Polyurethane Skirting is supplied in pre-cut skirting rubber strips to suit standard conveyor system designs, ready for easy installation.

    STANDARD STRIP SIZE 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm x 15mtrs with a 45 degree bevel on one side.
    Custom thickness and profled skirts can be custom moulded upon request, with a maximum length of 5mtrs. Lead times will apply to these custom moulded products.
    Extreme wear & tear resistant Polyurethane (PU) Red Premium Skirting


    Reglin Polyurethane Skirting has been designed primarily for use as a containment seal.  It is installed on conveyor equipment as a skirt at loading and transfer points to reduce spillage.

    Polyurethane is ideal for applications with high wear and impact where a rigid skirt is required to act as a containment seal.   Polyurethane Skirting will offer greater longevity than rubber in many installations and is ideal for applications where skirt change-outs are difficult.

    It is critical to ensure that polyurethane skirting is suitable for your application as contact between the skirting and conveyor belt can cause wear to the conveyor belt.
