    FEATURES

    Reglin Polyurethane HR Skirting is a green, premium grade, 70 Duro wear resistant and high heat resistant polyurethane strip designed for use as a sealing skirt along the conveyor belt on conveyor systems.

    Polyurethane HR Skirting has excellent cut and tear strength and abrasion resistance. It is supplied with a bevelled edge to suit the conveyor belt angle allowing it to be adjusted just above the cover to create a seal. This lowers the friction created between the skirting and conveyor belt cover, reducing the drag on the conveyor system whilst pro-longing the life of the skirt and
    minimising wear to the conveyor belt cover itself.

    Polyurethane HR Skirting is supplied as pre-moulded strips to suit standard conveyor system designs, ready for easy installation. It can be supplied with pre cut holes, slots and bevels, as per specifications and drawings or custom designed to meet client requirements.

    Custom thickness and profled skirts can be custom moulded upon request, with a maximum length of 5mtrs. Lead times will apply to these custom moulded products.

    Applications

    Polyurethane HR Skirting has been designed primarily for use in high wear and temperature applications as a sealing side skirt along the conveyor belt on conveyor systems where skirt change-outs are difficult. It is mainly used on mobile plant and equipment but can be used in any application where a hard wearing, durable, long lasting seal is required.

    Caution must be taken when installing Polyurethane Skirting as in some applications there is a high risk of causing wear to the conveyor belt cover itself.
