Natural 60 HG Rubber Sheet

Natural 60 HG is a premium grade flexible and wear resistant resilient 60 Duro natural rubber sheet.

FEATURES

Natural 60 HG Rubber is a premium natural rubber compound specifically designed for bearing and isolation applications in construction and infrastructure projects. With a hardness of 60 Duro, it provides the perfect balance of strength, resilience, and flexibility, allowing it to perform reliably under high compression and shear loads.

This high-grade material offers excellent tensile and tear strength, ensuring long-term durability and resistance to fatigue in demanding structural environments. Its natural elasticity enables it to absorb impact, vibration, and movement, helping to reduce stress on concrete and steel interfaces while maintaining structural alignment.

Natural 60 HG Rubber also demonstrates good weathering and UV resistance, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. It performs well in exposed environments, retaining its physical properties and flexibility even under sunlight, temperature changes, and moisture.

Natural 60 HG has a high friction coefficient, providing secure load transfer between rigid materials and preventing slippage even under dynamic load conditions. Its excellent recovery and dimensional stability allow it to maintain performance through repeated compression cycles.  It can also be supplied with a CN bonding layer which is compatible with industrial rubber adhesive systems, allowing it to be fully bonded to prepared steel or concrete substrates for permanent installations.

APPLICATIONS

Natural 60 HG Rubber is used across construction and infrastructure projects where high load-bearing strength and stability are required.

Its hardness of 60 Duro provides the resilience needed to support heavy structural loads while absorbing vibration and movement between rigid materials such as concrete and steel.

It is ideally suited for bearing and isolation applications where strength, stiffness, and long-term compression resistance are essential. The material performs consistently under both static and dynamic loading, maintaining uniform load transfer and protecting structural elements from stress or damage.

Natural 60 HG Rubber is commonly used in:

  • Structural bearing pads and isolation strips for bridges, precast concrete panels, and steel supports
  • Load transfer interfaces between concrete and steel structures
  • Vibration isolation pads for equipment bases, machinery mounts, and building foundations
  • Flexible joints and expansion interfaces that require controlled deflection under load
  • External bearing applications exposed to weather and UV where durability is critical

Its combination of high tensile strength, elasticity, and weathering resistance makes Natural 60 HG a reliable, long-term solution for engineers and contractors seeking premium load-bearing and vibration-control rubber for modern construction systems.
