60 Duro, Impact Resistant, Wear Resistant, Natural Rubber
Regline 60 Uncured lining rubber is a black, premium grade, tear and impact resistant, highly elastic, wear resistant 60 Duro blended natural and synthetic rubber sheet which has excellent resistance to large particle impact and dry sliding abrasion. Regline 60 will display resistance to some mild chemicals, including acids and alkalis used in mineral processing.
Regline 60 Uncured lining rubber is designed for curing in a vulcanising press or autoclave. Please Note: It is the complete responsibility of the customer to ensure that the uncured lining rubber, bonding system and curing procedures are capable of achieving the required outcome for their service requirements.
Regline 60 Uncured lining rubber has excellent physical properties including cut and tear resistance making it suitable for wear protection rubber lining applications.

Regline Uncured Lining rubber is manufactured to order. It is available in any thickness and in rolls up to 1500mm wide.
Regline 60 Uncured Lining Rubber has been designed primarily for use as a rubber lining for the wear and corrosion protection of steel surfaces of equipment. It’s mainly used in heavy impact and abrasion applications including ore and crushed rock in the mining and mineral processing industries but can be used for any general abrasion applications.
