    Reg-slide 77 Lining Polyurethane

    FEATURES

Reg-slide 77 Lining Polyurethane is a red, premium grade, flexible 77 Duro wear resistant Polyurethane sheet which has excellent resistance to fine particle and dry sliding abrasion.

Reg-slide 77 has a low friction coefficient which results in excellent antistick properties which increases material flow and reduces the build-up of sticky materials.

Reg-slide 77 is designed to be bonded to equipment and requires no mechanical fastening so it is suitable for use in applications where structure modifications aren’t allowed or access to fixings is limited.

Reg-slide 77 is supplied with a specially formulated Neoprene based CN Bonding layer to achieve ultimate adhesion when bonded to steel, or other rubber surfaces. To achieve this ultimate bond strength, the TRS range of cold vulcanising adhesives are recommended.

The CN bonding layer and TRS adhesive system is extremely flexible and allows good bond strength to be achieved even in adverse conditions often encountered when application is occurring on site and on operational equipment.

    Applications

Reg-slide 77 Lining Polyurethane has been designed primarily for use as a polyurethane lining for the wear protection of steel surfaces of equipment as well as flow
promotion where hang up of material is encountered.

It’s mainly used in applications in the mining and mineral processing industries which require an anti-stick lining but can be used for any general abrasion and antistick applications.

Typical equipment to be lined includes:

    • Chutes
    • Hoppers and Bins
    • Feeders
    • Dump truck bodies
    • Rail Wagons
    • Stacker / Reclaimer buckets
    • Screening equipment
    • Conveyor Hoods and deflector plates

It can also be used for a wide variety of other bulk material handling applications which require a wear resistant and anti-stick lining.
