Reglin Load Mat 850 is a black superior grade, medium density polyurethane bound SBR crumb recycled rubber matting designed for use as an anti slip rubber load restraint device in transport.
Load Mat 850 has an anti-slip finish on both sides, which increases the coefficient of friction between the load carrying surface and the load itself to assist with load securing.
Reglin Load Mat 850 is designed for high friction and has been tested to ASTM D1894-11 with modification to a flat steel surface (for static and kinetic coefficients of friction). It exceeds a coefficient of friction of 0.6 between the load mat and steel in both wet and dry conditions. Certification can be supplied upon request.
The friction coefficient achieved when using Reglin Load Mat 850 in service depends on the specific load and surface combination. To achieve the optimum performance, ensure that all contact surfaces are cleaned and free from contaminants. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure the load matting is suitable for their application and all relevant load restraint is followed as per the NTC Load Restraint Guide(LRG).
