Food Grade 50 Uncured Lining Rubber – Premium

50 Duro, Food Grade, FDA Compliant, Wear Resistant, Natural Rubber

Reglin Food Grade 50 Uncured lining rubber is a white, premium grade, hygienic, soft, flexible and highly elastic 50 Duro rubber sheet. It is wear resistant natural rubber, which has excellent resistance to wet and dry fine particle sliding abrasion. It is FDA compliant, per 21 CFR 177.2600, making it approved for repeated and long-term contact with food.

Food Grade 50 Uncured lining rubber is designed for curing in a vulcanising press or autoclave. Please Note: It is the complete responsibility of the customer to ensure that the uncured lining rubber, bonding system and curing procedures are capable of achieving the required outcome for their service requirements.

Food Grade 50 Uncured lining rubber is non-toxic, non-marking and non-allergenic. It has good physical properties including mechanical strength, and cut and tear resistance. This makes it suitable for wear protection, rubber lining and sealing applications which require a flexible and compressible rubber.

Premium Grade Food Grade 50 Lining Rubber

Food Grade 50 Uncured Lining Rubber has been designed primarily for use as a rubber lining for the wear protection of steel surfaces of equipment. It’s mainly used for light abrasion applications in the food handing and processing industries but can be used for any fine particle abrasion applications which require an un-pigmented, non-marking, rubber.

Typical equipment to be lined includes:

    • Pipes and tanks
    • Valves and pumps
    • Sand mills
    • Classifiers & impellors
    • Conveyor belt pulleys and idlers.

It can also be used for other applications which require a food grade flexible abrasion resistant rubber including:

    • Food and wine tank seals
    • Loading socks
    • Transfer and joining sleeves
    • Variety of sealing applications.

    • Mining & Quarrying
