    Butyline Lining Rubber


    Butyline Lining Rubber is a black, premium grade, flexible 50 Duro corrosion resistant Bromo butyl rubber sheet which has high temperature resistance and chemical resistance to acids and alkalis. It has moderate abrasion resistance and low fluid and gas permeability. It is UV stable and resistant to ozone effects and extreme weather conditions.

    Butyline Lining Rubber is supplied with a specially formulated Neoprene based CN Bonding Layer to achieve the ultimate adhesion when bonded to steel or other rubber surfaces. To achieve this ultimate bond strength, the TRS range of cold, vulcanising adhesives are recommended.

    Butyline has excellent physical and insulating properties making it suitable for corrosion protection rubber lining applications.

    Butyline Lining Rubber


    Butyline Lining Rubber has been designed primarily for the corrosion protection of steel surfaces of equipment. This product is ideal for the manufacturing industries who require surface protection for process chemical handling. It is also appropriate for handling applications for mineral processing such as acidic slurry. However Butyline can be used for many corrosive and moderate abrasion applications.
